You are invited to participate in the second annual Adena Fall Meet, held in Georgetown, KY. This tournament is open to all classic-level USSF, USYSA, and US Club Soccer teams.

Check-in Information:
5:00-7:30pm Friday night at Lisle Rd Soccer Complex
Required Documents – State approved roster, player cards, medical releases, birth certificates, guest player form (if applicable), travel permit (for out of KY teams)

Please inform your team’s parents: There is a $5.00 parking charge for the weekend. Each team will receive 2 free parking passes for coaches at check-in.

There are no pets allowed in the complex.
There is no smoking allowed in the complex.
The Tournament format calls for three preliminary round games with Final Matches in each division. Each team is guaranteed three games. Some divisions may have Semi-Final Matches depending on the number of teams in the division. Individual trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd places.

Teams will be placed in the following age brackets:

Boys
U-14 born after 7.31.97
U-13 born after 7.31.98
U-12 born after 7.31.99
U-11 born after 7.31.00
U-10 born after 7.31.01

Girls
U-14 born after 7.31.97
U-13 born after 7.31.98
U-12 born after 7.31.99
U-11 born after 7.31.00
U-10 born after 7.31.01

U-9, U-10 teams will play 6v6. U-11 and U-12 teams will play 8v8. U-13, U-14 will play 11v11.

Applicants must be duly registered members of their respective State, Province, or National association. Players must be registered to the team making application. All teams and players accepted to this tournament will be verified. Only players with valid player passes will be permitted to play. See Tournament Rules for more details.

There will be no exceptions to the above requirements.

Entry Forms must be received by September 18, 2011.
Entry Form must include Check or Money Order (in US $) for $400 for U13 - U14, $350 for U11 - U12, or $300 for U9 - U10.
